Real Estate agent is asking for commission on renewal of rental agreement in 2nd year where as commission was paid on first year of agreement (new agreement) please advise if it is allowed to them to take commission or not on renewal of agreement

If the agreement stipulates the same commission or a commission that is amended to increase or decrease, the real estate agent has the right to this commission before. If the articles of the articles do not stipulate this commission upon renewal, the real estate agent does not have the right to this commission, given that the contract is the law of the contractors.
