My husband is working in Kuwait. He has visa 18. But as his salary is 180KD he cannot take me in family visa. I have come to Kuwait on 3 months visit visa. How can i get a job and transfter my visit visa to a job visa 18 ?

A ministerial decision has been issued in Kuwait allowing the visit visa to be converted into a residence permit for domestic workers.
Up to this end, if you obtain a visit visa in Kuwait, the employer can apply for a request to the Kuwaiti Immigration Department for transferring the visa from visit to regular residence visa.
This has been confirmed in Article 156 of Ministerial Resolution No. 975 of 2016
