- remove the forign body if youn can
- in case of unclean forign body you might have to get a dephtheria adn tetanus toxoid booster shots
- in case of difficult splinters or deep ones you might want to remove it by a doctor in the emergency ward by making an incision at the site of tenderness to remove the foring body
