Hi... I have completed two years in Unlimited contract and currently in notice period(90days). My resignation was accepted by the employer and I didn't receive salary for the month of November. Now my employer is trying to frame case against me by getting forceful written statements(which are not true) from my colleagues. I have 2 weeks left for the last working day..

The labor office will hear the employer, then they will decide and issue the verdict or refer it to the labor court.
