We would like to inform you that the kidnapping of the son must be reported to the police, then the lawsuit shall be taken to include the son in your custody, and to obtain a custody ruling and its implementation in terms of the child’s presence

The child was living always in Kuwait and was kidnapped from here. The custody case is also running here but not yet finished.As far as I know in order to bring my child back by international police (Interpol) I do t need to have final custody over the child as by law I am the mother and have first right to have my son who is still minor (8 years old). My contact with my son is lost , his father completely disconnected him and me with my family and this is illegal.
