We would like you to know that If you intend to obtain a free work visa, this is contrary to the provisions of the UAE Labor Law, because the worker must work for a sponsor in the UAE, but it is agreed between the worker and the sponsor to obtain a valid UAE visa for a sum of money to work in another work and this is essentially contrary to the work permit 

As for the visa Azad you can communicate with the company (Azad) and get a work contract for them and start residence procedures provided that the contract is original.
