Dear sir /MadamI am working as a project manager in oman since 9th May 2012 and I'm resigned from the company due to several reasons because as per the labor law says 9 hours in a day and holiday are offf but here in our company I'm working more then 12 hour in a day with out any compansation. And finally I'm resigned the job now company has insisted to me have an written confirmation from client which was suspended the project and also. This list already has been approved by client. Please let me know if any legal consicunces will be there and I'm eligible for the settlement

We would like to inform you that if the termination is done with settlement and satisfaction with company then there is no consequences. However, if you resigned without the company approval then you will be banned, and compensation case and force you to pay compensation because you terminated the contract before its end.

Then you have to settle the situation with the company and get approval from the employer to terminate the work amiably, if so, then the employer will not ban you or asks for compensation.

Only the written approval not there regarding the subject but the mail itself it was mentioned the approval, so the company and there is no more issue but they were asking this document only to trouble me take the advantage of the situation. If I'm proceeding with legally any chances of it.

As long as you have obtained the approval from the company in NOC, the company will not be able to get back to you.

Also, it is preferable to get your indemnity and finish your business with them before travelling
