Treatment of headache and upper back pain
I see the following
- You can at first avoid stress and get sufficient night sleep for at least 8 hours per day.
- Take analgesics like SEDPRIN TABS twice daily to relieve pain
- Avoid heavy works these days.
- Take daily hot water shower.
- Seek a medical help to be examined by your doctor to determine the cause of pain.
Causes of headache and upper back pain
There are many causes like
- Stress
- Muscular pain due to heavy works.
- Sleep problems.
- Neck muscles spasm.
- Neck disc.
Investigations to do
You can do the following
- Measure your blood pressure
- CBC
- Neck x ray.
- ECG for heart
