We would like to inform you that in case of dealing by using a special power of attorney, the proxy is required to deal in accordance with what is stated in the power of attorney only and not to exceed the limits of that power of attorney. You shall handover the cheques in the name of the landlord to her or to the proxy if this is stipulated in the power of attorney.
