My brother egypt nationality is studying in Manchester. He went in a vacation for kuwait where he already has a residency permit. He lost his UK brp and he notified the government as per law by email. After 1 day he found the BRP. He again notified the UK government by another mail. But they refused to accept by another e mail. Now what can we do provided we are in christmas vacation and he has to return UK by 6 of January for examinations.

I am a student enrolled in the University of Manchester, studying a BEng Chemical Engineering degree. My university ID number is 10335664. Currently, I am in Kuwait, spending the Christmas break with my family. I have reported my biometric residency permit (BRP) lost on the 23rd of December 2019 in Kuwait. I have found it again on that day. This enquiry is to notify the UK government of me finding my lost BRP card. Unfortunately, I am unable to apply for a replacement visa due to overlap of holiday seasons between Kuwait and the UK, hence lack of time. In addition, my semester 1 exams commence on the 13th of January and, I plan to arrive a week prior to them starting (6th of January 2020).

With the presence of birthdays and the closure of the embassy, it is necessary to wait until the embassy returns to work until it is reviewed and inquire about the procedure for the purposes of traveling to the place of residence.
