We would like to inform you that if she has permanent residence then she can complete the marriage  turkey  procedures according to the below conditions:

1-      You shall have the residence in the country where you will marry via tourist or visit visa or any visa allows you to reside even temporary.

2-      Provide passports for both

3-      Provide The female social status certificate " married –single – divorced …"

4-      Medical test to prove that both are free of illness.

5-      Provide certificate of the couples religion.

6-      Get NOC for the female from her country embassy

7-      Go to the Islamic Center to complete the marriage procedures then to each one embassy.
