I remove 2 teeth after removing teeth ear sound tinnitus problem coming..I go messlmer red cross hospital..he cheak and give nose drops and medicine but problem not solve ..I don't know what I do

Treatment of tinnitus:
It depends on the cause, so treatment may be by:
- Wax removal
- Avoid stress
- Antibiotic for eat infection
- Conservative management as avoiding as loud noises, caffeine and nicotine.
- Treatment of vascular problems either by medications or surgery
- Antidepressants as xanax
Causes of tinnitus:
Many causes can lead to tinnitus as:
- Ear wax block
- Exposure to high noise
- Ear infection
- Vascular problems
- Eustachian tube dysfunction.
- Muscle spasms in the inner ear
- Meniere's disease.
- Medications as antibiotics, aspirin...etc
Diagnosis of the cause of tinnitus:
It depends on the clinical examination of ENT doctor and investigations as:
- CBC to detect infection
- Hearing examination
- CT or MRI of the head...etc
