According to the Qatari law of entry and exit of expat, it is required for entry to work in Qatar to obtain an entry permit for work that is granted only under an employment contract concluded with the recruiter in accordance with the conditions and regulations prescribed by law. Acting or trading for or without consideration, and that there is a recruiter or employer who is responsible for the residence of the expatriate worker in Qatar, and the worker may not work for others except with his written consent, taking into account the availability of the following documents:

*Obtaining a work contract in one of the agencies in Qatar

The Law No. (21) for the year 2015 that regulating the entry and exit of expatriates and their residence, which stipulates that:
An expatriate who has been allowed to enter or stay for a particular purpose or to work in a particular entity shall not contravene the purpose for which he was allowed or to leave the work of his applicant or to work with an unauthorized entity
And it is not contrary to the purpose of the residence permit that the expatriate, with the consent of the competent authority, performs some of the work of the administration in the company in which he is a partner and allowed to sign.
