The following conditions must be fulfilled to apply for changing the employer in Qatar:
- You shall have completed two years inside the country with the same employer.
- No Objection Certificate (NOC) from current employer to transfer the sponsorship to the new sponsor.
- Approval of the new employer
- The current and the new sponsor and you shall sign the sponsorship transfer form
- Sponsorship change for the first time will cost you QR 1000 (for individuals).
Required Documents
Copy of computer card for companies sponsorship.
Copy of I.D card for the present and new employer and also yours.
Copy of valid municipal license for the new employer/sponsor.
Police clearance certificate from relevant authorities.
No Objection Certificate (NOC) from current employer.
