Hello I am working as a site engineer for one of...
Hello I am working as a site engineer for one of the company here, but there is an attendance schedule where I need to go to office do face scan and go back to site and come back to office from site do face scan and then leave. My office is in D ring road and my site is in Katara and Pearl Qatar. If they do not release salary due to not doing face scanning. Can I raise a complain for not releasing my salary? Please help.

At this point, if this fingerprint causes you troubles, as the Work Location is faraway from the fingerprint place, you can file a complaint about this matter. Do not go late and let the company cuts from your pay, as you have t inform the MOL about it

Thankyou mam for the reply, i got to the site i have to arrange material for site, and there are two sites i am handling as a one man show. In the morning i go to the site and i get out of the site at 5:30 pr 5:45, its very difficult to reach office because of the heavy traffic and till then office is closed. This is just conditional of company holds my salary. This company also took custody of the passport of all staffs including mine.
