Article (30):

In the event that any complaints against the employer are proven before the Department of Domestic Workers, the issuance of any entry visas to the employer shall be discontinued for the period specified by the Executive Regulation.

Section 8

Disputes

Article (31)

Disputes arising between the parties to the contract shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Department of Domestic Workers to settle the dispute in accordance with the procedures set forth in the regulations issued in this regard.

Article (32)

In case of settling the dispute between the employer and the domestic worker, it shall be emptied in a written contract and a copy thereof shall be deposited in the file of the domestic worker with the recruitment office and the Department of Domestic Workers.

Article (33)

The Director of the Department of Domestic Workers shall issue an order to extend the residence of the domestic worker on a temporary basis until the complaint is finally settled and he receives all his dues.
