I have a friend, he is a Morocco nationality and I want a visit visa to kuwait

Your friend can obtain a visit visa by inviting him from one of the authorities in Kuwait or from one of his relatives residing in Kuwait and then he should go to the Kuwaiti embassy and submit an application for the visa accompanied by the request the following documents:
1) Copy of a valid passport for at least six months
2) Two photographs with the same specifications of passport photo with white background for each
3) booking flight
4)Booked in a hotel
5)Bank Statement
6)A copy of the invitation letter
