 Norway does not have a structured program to receive immigrants for work, so you shall obtain an employment contract with a company in Norway, so you may get residence there for the purpose of work. You may also get a tourist visa to Norway and then look for work during the validity of the visa as this is one of the best ways to get work in a foreign country, provided that to leave and return to your country, and the employer sends a contract of employment to your place of residence so that you could  enter Norway under the new work visa, as the employer is the one who makes all the procedures related to the issuance of the employment contract and work permit.
 
 Documents to be submitted are:
 - A certificate of non-criminal records.
 - Passport .
 - Certification of proficiency of one of the foreign languages that are used within the company
 - Copy of academic certificates.
 - Experience certificates for the period of your work in the Sultanate of Oman.
 - Medical examination at one of the accredited medical centers at the Embassy of Norway.
