If you wish to stop smoking, you have put several points into your mind. First, there are many dangers from smoking that harm you and those around you who are closest to you in person because smoking is a negative habit that harms the person and society. If you do not fear for yourself, then fear for those around you and look for your future and your family's. Do you want to see yourself incapable of walking due to the symptoms caused by smoking, as it damages the lungs, breathing, heart, the nerves, and other systems of the body, so you should see with your own eyes what smoking causes to people, and make these examples as a motivation yo you to stop and make a decision to quit.
The first step is to make the decision not to smoke again, and never to back down, no matter how you feel of withdrawal symptoms, because these symptoms are the evidence on your recovery.
Secondly, stay away from any sources from which you can find cigarettes or go to any place with smokers
Use all of your friends and relatives to help you and motivate you to stop smoking and not allow you to touch a cigarette because one cigarette is like two and the damage is the same and it will take you back to square ONE.
Third, do not allow anyone to smoke in front of you, he/she either stops or goes away, so that you do not feel weak and share smoking
Practice sport and fill your free time with useful things and not staying alone for a long time so that the obsessions and thoughts do not control you, even for one cigarette
Use the nicotine stickers in pharmacies and replace smoking by catching a cigarette toy to give the same suggestion or gum crack or eating crackers
