If you mean the worker rights who works with 20 visa, then you have to know that the Kuwait Domestic Law confirmed the below rights for the worker:
Article (7)
The employer is obliged to pay the agreed wage to the domestic worker who works for him, at the end of each month and the transfer receipt is considered a form of proof that a domestic worker has received his salaries.
Article (8)
The payment of the monthly wage to a domestic worker is from the effective date of his receipt of work at the employer, and it is not permissible in any way deduction of any part of the salary.
Article (9)
The employer shall be obligated to feed the domestic worker, his clothing, the expenses of his treatment, nursing and housing.
Article (10)
It is not permissible to assign the domestic worker any dangerous work that might affect his health or insult his human dignity and that is related to the Domestic labor administration to make allegations emerging for this reason.
Article (11)
The employer is obliged to provide adequate housing for the domestic worker with adequate livelihoods.
Article (12)
An employer is prohibited from retaining any personal documents or identification documents for his domestic worker, such as a passport
