We would like to inform you that if you finished the contract period, then you deserve to get your dues, salaries and end of services benefits. As in accordance with Qatar Labor Law, in case of expiry of the employment contract, the employer has to give the end of service remuneration for the worker who has spent more than a year in the work. This remuneration shall be determined by agreement between the parties provided that it is not less than three weeks' wages for each year of service. The worker is entitled also for fractions of the year he spent in the service and if the employer did not to pay that remuneration, the worker may file a complaint against the employer at the competent labor office.
