For sure the Indian man can marry Philippines woman in Oman without any problem, That's by reviewing thee Indian and Philippines embassies and sign marriage contract in the embassy as both are not Omani citizen.

actually this is for my friend and his boyfriend what to marry her coz they have a relationship almost 4 yrs and 6 months so.they planning about married and my friend only passport she have
