4. walking for a 30 mnts 3 times a week 
5. avoid sexual intercoure 
6. local and topical pain killers may help to ease the pain such as ibuprofen and locagel 
7. doctor may recommand massage and physical therapy if the condition needed so 
8. in case of neurologic causes of pain , doctor may recommand medications such as : steroids and pregabalin
9. in case of direct injury , the treatment options may be by medications or surgical
