2. pay attention to your food and life style and have healthy food 
3.loss weight if you are over weight
4. usually doctors will prescribe medications such as hormonal therapy drugs or OCP such as duphaston
5. the first line treatment is by medications , and later on if the cyst didnt disspear or the cyst size is bigger than 5 cm , then you may need surgury 
what are the causes of ovarian cyst :
1. genatics 
2. obesity 
3. irrgular productive hormones 
4. long- term untreated productive system inflammations or infections
