Hi good evening madam, i just want to ask about NOC, because i request NOC from my compny and they told me that compny not give noc. But my case was finished contract

Yes mam, because there is one compny that will hire me here in oman so i grab this opportunity and one morething i already finished my contract on dec 2 2019, so now i request noc from my compny but they told me not possible to provide me noc

If your inquiry relates to obtaining a no objection document in order to move to another employer after the expiry of the current employment contract to the following information:
It is a prerequisite for a worker to be allowed to move to another employer. The employer's consent to transfer the sponsorship must be obtained. If you cannot obtain a certificate of no objection from the employer in order to approve the transfer to another employer.
Other documents required to transfer the sponsorship include:
- Waiver letter from the previous sponsor
- A copy of the worker's passport
- A copy of the new sponsor's signature form
- Copy of civil status card
- Signature form of the previous sponsor
- Worker data
- No objection letter from the sponsor transfer from the new sponsor
The waiver letter must be approved at the Ministry of Manpower

What I mean is that you shall get a non objection paper from the employer with whom your employment contract has finished.

The problem sir is our employer located in dubai.....but im here in oman....and our area manger doest like to open or request for me that papers from dubai....they are just telling to me that they are not giving noc and its not on his hand of our area manger

In addition to our previous answer, we assure that the solution is negotiation with the employer and the zone manager so you could be able to get the NOC.

But now i told to my area mnager that i will get the email add of our HR in dubai so that i am the one direct to send them my request letter for my noc...so is it possible sir that they will forgive me?

As we explained to you in our previous answer, negotiating with officials in Dubai is the only way available now for issuing an order to the district manager to grant you a non-objection document.

But the problem is my area manger doest like me to help to our employer about my NOC....but tommorow maybe they will answer my email from them because i send them a letter of mine

In case the Area Manager refused to help you, there is no way but to talk to the employer in Dubai and wait for them to respond to you
