i just finish my work from the previous jobs and...
i just finish my work from the previous jobs and its one year and half..may i know the computation of my annual leave and indemnity i can get?

We would like to inform you that according to the Labor Law in Bahrain, then employer shall settle the balance of annual leaves and the corresponding wage thereof every two years as a maximum. If the employment relationship is terminated before a worker exhausts the balance of his annual leave, he shall be entitled to receive the wages for such balance.
The worker is entitled to a reward equal to the wage of half month for each year of the first three years. And the wage of a month for each of the following years. The worker is entitled to the fractures of the year based on the percent of the period he spent in the service.
The employee's rights related to the end-of-service gratuity, and against the annual leave balance, shall be calculated on the basis of the most recent basic wage of the worker plus the social allowance, if any. If the worker who works by piece or production or earns a fixed wage plus a commission or percentage, he shall calculate those rights at the average wage of the worker during the last 3 months.
