My name is ezz..2nd year student at faculty of engineering Ain shams university here in egypt..recently the suicide rates increase very fast because of stress and depression recently a guy jumped from the highest building in cairo because of that so i want to make a questionnaire for the students to know what causes this depression and force the university to hire a resident psychologist to speak to the student and give them the treat they deserve but I don’t know the right questions i should write to evaluate the situation properly

The state of atelophobia is a psychological burden, and it is considered a fear that controls you and appears as an irrational fear, and the patient can be exposed anxious and tension, as this causes a state of embarrassment for you and a set of symptoms e.g fear, tension, lack of self-control, confusion and redness like sweating. Moreover, there are some patients that may feel a problem in their voices and a tremor on all aspects, as well as overthinking things which increases your anxiety and fear. On the other hand, some patients also may feel a speed in the heartbeats, shortness of breath, dizziness, imbalance, diarrhea, and muscle stiffness, finding difficulty breathing and going to the bathroom
In order to help yourself, you have to follow these instructions:
  • You have to work on facing the negative thoughts that try to control you when such feelings occur.
  • You should do relaxation exercises.
  • You also have to boost your self-confidence with positive attitudes.
  • You should keep busy and do not be alone till this condition cannot control you anymore.
  • It is preferable to spend all of your time on useful things and habits.
  • You should do sports that help you adjust your mood state.
Finally, you have to be careful in dealings with such fears and to be brave. And, you should see a doctor to help you get rid of such feelings and fears.
