Please note that if you want to apply for a Driver License in Qatar, to work with, it has to be a Permanent Driving Licence,

To apply for Permanent Driving License:

• First, Yoou have to download the the application form from the Qatar Gov Portal
• Then, submit the form after complitation, along with the required documents to the Medinat Khalifa Traffic Department.

1. Copy of your ID
2. Three latest photographs
3. Copies of passport and the employer’s ID.

• Complete the required tests
• Pay the fee.

The fee may vary depending on situation, for Qataris is QR500 with a validity of 10 years, QR250 for non-Qataris with validity for 5 years.
  Please note that additional fee may apply for driving and vision tests.
