Hi am jeskar olumula alubili 44years old from kenya working here in qatar as housekeeper i came by sponser, on february 2020 i will be finishing my contract tho i will add 4months so i will be travelling on end of june, i would like to know if i can get a working visa without going back to kenya. thank you hopping to hear from you soon

We would like to inform you that it is possible to obtain a work visa in another country without returning to your country by obtaining a job offer or an employment contract, and then go to the embassy of the country from which you obtained the employment contract and submit an application for the visa. Then attached to the request the following documents:

1) Copy of a valid passport for at least six months
2) Two photographs with the same specifications of passport photo with white background for each
3) booking flight
4) Copy of the contract of employment or letter of employment

Thank you so much i have read your answer and undersood, but how can i get the employee and is it a must my sponser to know about it? Because am afraid if he knows he wount accept infact he will take an action maibe he will aresr me so how can i do it

When your employment contract expires, you are not affiliated with the employer and you can transfer to another job without any legal problem as long as you do not have any legal violation
