If you are inquiring is about transferring your residence permit from a family-typed (Article 22) to a work residence at the private sector (Article 18), review the following explanations:
Transferring the residence permit from joining a family to a work one at the private sector requires you to visit the Immigration Department in Kuwait and ask to obtain an approval from the current sponsor (husband).
Also ask for an approval from your new employer.
The following documents shall be submitted:
1. The residency application form for this aim, signed by the former sponsor of the termination NOC and the new sponsor with the approval document (e.g. offer letter).
2. 2 personal photos with Blue Background measured at 4×6.
3. Original civil ID of the sponsored person (Yourself).
4. Pay your health insurance fees.
5. No Criminal Record, electronic-based document.
6. Work permit issued by the Public Authority for Human Resources or electronically.
7. Valid Authentication of the original signature of your new sponsor and a copy thereof.
8. Original passport of the sponsored person (Yourself).
