We would like to inform you that if your residence permit is renewed but your civil ID has not been issued yet and you want to travel with your old civil ID, this is not permissible as it does not contain the last visa data and you have to receive a new civil ID card for travel

Ok thanks. So when of the data (other than the visa last date) is correct I can't travel. Is there any other alternative?

Please, be informed that there is no way to travel, as you have to receive your Civil ID that has the new visa on it
