I filed case against my last company for release...
I filed case against my last company for release and salary because they hold my vacation money, but now my civil I'd expired almost 1 month, I joined already new company but untill now my previous employer not singing my transfer paper

We would like to inform you that if the company you were working with has released you and your contract was terminated and you joined another company, but your old company did not sign the transfer paper, in this case you may file a complaint against your old company before the competent labor department for refraining from signing your transfer paper to another employer after the expiration of your contract with them. You may also resort to the Department of Citizenship , Passports and Residence and provide a proof of the end of your service with your old company and that you joined a work with another company to cancel your residence under your old company and to obtain a new residence on the sponsorship of the new employer according to the provisions of the executive regulations of the law of residence of foreigners, which stipulates :
Article 18:
regular residence in the community sector may be granted to a request submitted on the form prepared for that purpose, accompanied by a declaration and undertaking from the employer on the form prepared by the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor, Notify the Directorate General of Immigration Affairs when leaving the worker to work or at the end of the contract of employment or its dissolution or change of residence and return it to his country at his expense at the end of his work with him and must provide the declaration and pledge referred to when applying for renewal of residence.
