What is the treatment of sore throat & fever?
Saline nasal irrigation, with nasal sprays or solutions, reduces drainage and rinses away irritants and allergies.
NSAIDs such as ibuprofen 600mg 3 times daily
antihistamin drugs like cetrizine 10mg once daily
in case of bacterial infection you need to toake an antiobiotic like augmentin500mg three times daily
Drinking fluids, such as water or juice.
Apply warm compresses to your face.
Sleep with your head high.
Avoid cigarette smoke and polluted air.
What are the symptoms of common cold ?

nasal congestion
sore throat

physical exam
throat exam
