We would like to inform you that according to the Law on the Residence of Foreigners in Bahrain, if a foreigner wants to stay in Bahrain after the expiry of his stay, he must apply to the Immigration Department to renew his residence permit at least 4 weeks before the expiry of his residence permit.
In case of violation, the expat shall be fined and deported.
