I have resigned from a company and they are not...
I have resigned from a company and they are not canceling my visa until i confirm or collect all the balance with customers i was working as sales executive, nothing like this is written in my contract not have i signed anything which states so. Is it ok for them to do so?

We would like to inform you that as long as you have complied with the notice period stipulated in the Labor Law before leaving work and as long as the collection of balance from customers is a work that can be done by the other employee who will work instead of you, in this case the company is not entitled to stop the termination procedures, so you may file a complaint against the company in the Labor Office in order they help you with the termination.

off course it a work that can be done by other guys but the company is asking me either sign a letter that you are responsible for collecting or confirming the balance or make the other guys sign it. They won’t sign it. What shall i do in that case?
