We would like to inform you that it is permissible by the law to transfer the residence of the son or daughter to join the dependent which is article 22 visa to the residence of a work of article 18 if they reach the age of 21 years. The transfer from work to work may be done after one year with the consent of the sponsor and after three years without the need for the consent of the sponsor.
