this is most probably a frictional ulcer
it occur commonly during intercourse especially if you dont use lubricant gel
this could be reduced by using the lubricant gel

1st of all you must exclude sexual transmitted disease by VDRL test
Then you must take following
BEPANTHINE ointment
Clindacin gel
Pencillin injection
And cortisone if it's proved to be allergic case
Then you must take following
