Hello! Me and my husband had a civil wedding ceremony 4 weeks ago in Seyshelles. We both live in UAE. Today I've found out that my husband has sent 9 days ago email to the wedding planner to stop registeration process lying to me all the time that they are just late. Am I legally married in this case or not as the wedding planer doesn't want to send me the certificates.

We would like to inform you that if there was a civil wedding and you found that your husband sent to the planner to stop the registration then you have to know that if the marriage contract is signed before by the couple the you are married, but if you didn’t sign any documents related with the marriage contract then you are or married.
However, if you are married then you can force the authority that you signed the marriage contract in it to get a copy of the marriage contract.
So we advise you to review that authority and inquire about it.
