Hello Sir We are medical trading company based In Qatar as we are mainly working on Government customer , 2016 we have been awarded a contracted from Qatar foundation from supplier Genohm Switzerland for laboratory information system , we have placed the order with them and there was delay and project is not delivered . Even though there was lot of scope change in the project and finally we had a meeting with the customer and we confirmed that we will be completing the project with in Feb 2020 after receiving the written commitment from supplier with time line , but as the time process we feel that there is no progress yet and there are charging some or other reason to us , as this software solution now the customer is asking for performance testing and that also the supplier is charging us . I would like to know whether we can charge a case against this Switzerland company for delay for the project and if the project cancellation happened from the customer , since they have paid for server license and 20% budget as well Please advise Regards Anshad
