When you open a file for a license in Abu Dhabi, you will have to NOC from the sponsor and the following documents:
Emirate ID (Original and a copy)
Passport with the visa page and a copy of it
Eight personal photos i.e. passport photo
Eyes vision test
If the sponsor refuses to give you NOC, then you have to apply at the Traffic Administration to give you the License without NOC, this is after you justify it with the reasons, in case the administration is convinced with it
