My case was a theft case the victim told i have taken 4 million worth of materials and sold but later he came to know that the materials he said stolen is taken by another party against the court order. even he is not following up my case because he know the materials are not taken by me. and i person who put case is in jail and will not pay the money for expert also he went with the police and located the materials which he said stolen so now the court has now ask the to give financial advise of the case and they have sais they no evidence of theft. now if the victim is not going to pay the expert fees what will happen will the case will be dropped in next hearing or will the judge give more time to pay pls advise

Dear sir i need to know if the expert fees is not paid by the victim on the scheduled date what will be the judge stand on this case weather he will push the case to another day for making payment or will drop the case
