sir i have a case going on in qatar criminal court now the court has ordered to appoint expert and the opposite team have to pay 5000 and he is not in the position to pay before 25th of this month if he dosent pay what will happen please advise

My case was a theft case the victim told i have taken 4 million worth of materials and sold but later he came to know that the materials he said stolen is taken by another party against the court order. even he is not following up my case because he know the materials are not taken by me. and i person who put case is in jail and will not pay the money for expert also he went with the police and located the materials which he said stolen so now the court has now ask the to give financial advise of the case and they have sais they no evidence of theft. now if the victim is not going to pay the expert fees what will happen will the case will be dropped in next hearing or will the judge give more time to pay pls advise

For these reasons The court orders: The court orders to appoint accounting expert, before deciding in the subject whose task shall be to carry out the following, after reviewing case papers and documents and what submitted before him during carrying out his task : - Check accounting books of Hamton International Company where the indictees work, check equipment of the company in the store at farm of Sheim Faisal Bin Kashim in Shaihaniya, explain the lost items, clarify actual powers of the indictess and their authorities in the previous company, nature of the money delivered to both of them, extent of relation the money to work relation existing between them, explain source of dealing of the indictees as explained in documents to the aggrieved party, explain whether the indictees kept the money for them or whether or not they deal with the money in their favor. In the first case, explain how and how much money they expended, also explain whether the indictees misappropriated the money of the aggrieved party amounting QAR 4,000,000 as in the complaint of the aggrieved party \ Yousuf Malulla Al-harmi owner of Hamton International Company. In the first case explain what amount of money they misappropriated, how they obtained, whether or not the amount was delivered to them and become in their possession, explain whether or not the indictees used the money mentioned in the case paper according to their powers for the works they carried out for the aggrieved party also explain inability occurred consequent to the aforesaid, elucidating extent of inability and how occurred, explain whether found any aggressions from part of the indictees while they carried out works, what are such aggressions and whether or not made damages to the aggrieved party and in general to realize all elements of the case and defenses of the litigants. The court authorized the accounting expert to hear statements of the aggrieved party, indictees and witnesses and anyone seem appropriate from persons dealing with the aggrieved party without taking oath and to go any governmental or non-governmental authorities for reviewing what documents they may have in relation to the subject of lawsuit to right up to the truth in the case. The victim is obliged to deposit an amount of 5000 riyals for the expert's fees and expenses before the scheduled hearing. A hearing was scheduled for 25/11/2019. The expert shall submit his report in sufficient time.This judgment is issued and pronounced in session of 27/5/2018 in the name of His highness SHEIK THAMIM BIN HAMAD AL THANI, Amir of state of Qatar. dear sir here court is requesting for the assignment of expert and asked the victim to pay but the victim know its a failure case and will not pay. so i want to know what will happen if he dosen't pay the money will the case will be in accused favor

If the expert report is required to prove the case on the accused, then not paying the money and there is no expert is on his interest and you have to consult the hired lawyer for the case. .
