How to marry Syrian refugee girl in Turkey refugee...

 Second: Marriage by traveling to Turkey

1- Passport and validity of not less than six months

2-Clear personal photos like the photo affixed to the passport.

3- Submit a bank statement showing the movement of the account for the last three months to ensure the expenses in case of travel.

4 - Make flight bookings “go & back”

5- Submission of hotel reservation

6- Providing health insurance policy.

After that pay the fees prescribed on the visa, which is estimated by the embassy at the time. As the decision of the embassy remains in approval to grant you the visa or not

For marriage you have to submit the following documents when proceeding to the Shari'a Judicial Department

1 - Passports of the owners of marital relationship

2 - Residence them in the state

3 - Provide a certificate of medical examination that shows the absence of diseases and indicate the extent of fitness for marriage

4 - The wife to obtain a certificate of no objection to marriage and the matter is through the review of the embassy of the State and apply for it

5 - The wife to obtain a certificate showing the social status of her, which shows if she was previously married, widowed, divorced or single.
