My visa got expired 1st of June, i am on overstay how do I go about it?

According to the law of residency, in the case, fines for violation of residence cannot exempted or even installment. But as an attempt to you can go to the Immigration and Residence and apply a mercy letter for reduction, the decision of approval for this entity alone, who has the possibility of reduction or even installment, but there is a current initiative issued by the President of the initiative under the name (settlement traffic violations) allows drivers who have been released Traffic violations against them not to pay those violations, provided that the traffic law and traffic, and not commit traffic violations throughout the year. Drivers must abide by the Traffic and Traffic Law and not commit any other violations throughout the year. Traffic violations shall be deducted at specified rates and according to the driver's obligation and not to commit offenses according to the following:
· Commitment to (3) months falls from the value of violations (25%).
· Commitment to (6) months falls from the value of violations (50%).
· Commitment to (9) months falls from the value of violations (75%).
· Commitment to the year falls from the value of violations (100%).
Major General added that this initiative allows drivers to determine their own destiny by their compliance with the laws to reduce their financial burden on the principle of your destiny in your hands, stating that the initiative is limited to vehicles registered in the names of individuals, and does not include vehicles registered with the names of companies and institutions and car rental offices and transport companies as well as persons who are outside the country for more than 3 consecutive months.

We would like to inform you that according to the UAE Labor Law, if you have fines due to the overstay then you can’t be pardoned or install it, but you can try to go to the Immigration and Residence and apply grievance letter to discount, and they may accept or refuse that.
For the overstay fines, the below articles state:
Article 77
The Executive Regulation of Federal Law, stipulating that the competent Naturalization and Residency Department shall collect a fine of 100 AED for each day in which the alien resides illegally. As the penalty shall be calculated from the day following the expiration of the non-renewable visa and the expiration of 10 days for the renewable visas and seven days from the date of issuance of the exit permit for violators of the Aliens Entry and Residence Law.
Note that, the Nationality and Residency consider the 100 AED fine from the first day of expiration of all visa types even visit, transit, entry, tourist and entry permit to visit residents in the GCC.
Article 78
Of the same law stipulates that, except in the cases mentioned in the preceding article, the financial fine obtained by an alien for his illegal residence in the country after the expiration of his/her visa/residence permit, as it shall be calculated as the following:
· (25 AED) on every day of the first six months,
· (50 AED) for each of the next six months.
· (100 AED) for each day next to the year
