In general, the cadres working in the free zones in the UAE are not directly subject to the Federal Labor Law, as every free zone has a body or authority that has its own laws and regulations that apply to employees working within its scope every employee working in one of the free zones in the state shall have an employment contract subject to the authority or the concerned free zone authority, and the provisions stipulated in the employment contract must be in accordance with the federal labor law of the UAE in general in addition, each free zone, not the company or the employer, provides security for employees working in companies that fall within its scope
