Hey,I have a problem with my stomach,everytime i eat something i get pain in my chest or my stomach starts running.I thought I had ulcers.Now it has been a week every time i feel like going to toilet. Should i get an endoscopy or is it something else.Coz at times i feel like there is water in my lungs everytime i do exercise. These rare mixture of reactions in my body.Please advise

What is the treatment of painful swallowing ?
stop smoking
dont eat fatty meals and food containing oils
antacids medication
esmoperazole 40mg once daily for one month
surgical treatment by a procedure called nessen fundoplication
if there is an organic cause or fialure to response to medical treatment

gastro-esophageal reflux disese GERD ,Is a chronic digestive disease in which stomach acids and content flows back into the esophagus due to relaxation of the lower esophageal sphinector
What are the symptoms associated with acid reflux ?
burning sensation of the chest
difficlty swallowing
sensation of a lump in your throat
dry cough
regurgitation of the contnet of the stomac

Obesity
Bulging of top of stomach up into the diaphragm (hiatal hernia)

I advice you to make gastroscopy to get the porper diagnosis
