Mammogram report is noramal then breast burning pain, what is the treatment and investigations?

1. if the breast burning present without mass and mammogram is normal the cause is mostly breast infection so the treatment should be started immediatly with good antibiotic like tavanic 500mg once daily
2. NSAIDS medications like adil liquigel 2x3
3. cold compresses
4. the investiogations you should do is physical examination then CBC,CRP,ESR
