I just wanna know my rights about my job

We would like to inform you that referring to the UAE Labor Law, and regarding the end of service benefits, if the contract of employment is limited and the work is terminated by resignation before you complete the contract period, article 138 stipulate:
Where a worker under a definite term contract abandons his employment at his own initiative before the expiry of his contract period, he shall not be entitled to severance pay unless his continuous period of service exceeds five years
The worker is therefore is not entitled to the end of service benefit
