Assalam walekum sir. Sir my labour card is expiring on December 14. But I have work more 3 month how can I stay 3 month here is any procedure is there. I dont want to stay 2 year contract. Can I get 6 month visa is any rule is there let me know

We would like to inform you that according to the Omani labor law as well as the residence law and with the expiry of the work card, you cannot stay for another six months and the expatriate shall leave Oman, but the only way to stay in the event of expiry of the work card that the employer renew or extend the work card, and if he refused to do so, you shall leave and return with a new visa.
