• Conservative management by avoid stress, get enough water daily, avoid salts, avoid smoking
• Take omeprazole 20 mg twice daily
• If there is H.pylori infection, you can take augmentin 500 mg three times daily and flagyl 500 mg three times daily

Causes of stomach pain:

• Stress and anxiety
• H. pylori infection

• Gastritis
• Drinking too much caffiene
